Got a barbell? Like to pick things up and put things down? Then Coach Kirby’s barbell specific programming is for you. This program will break down your Olympic lifts, teaching you proper form, progressions/regressions, and accessory exercises to make you an overall better and stronger lifter. Never Oly lifted before? That’s ok! Beginners to advanced athletes welcome.
