Step 2: Meet A Coach To Talk About Your Goals
Meet with one of our coaches to discuss your fitness goals and what services we can offer you.DAY2
Step 3: Movement Screen & Strength Assessment
Whether you are new or a seasoned athlete, our coaches will take you through a Movement Screen and Strength Assessment to make sure that you are prepared to work out in a safe manner. If this is your first time working out, we will guide you through the fundamentals course so that you are familiar with the lingo, movements, proper technique, etc.
This is also a great way for us to know your limitations so that we can properly scale movements if necessary.DAY3
Step 4: Find A Plan That Suits You
After you meet with us, we can determine what plan suits you best. Whether it’s Group Classes, Personal Training, Remote Coaching, etc.DAY4
Step 5: Put That Plan to Action
Congratulations and welcome to the Workhorse Fitness Company! After your onboarding process, it’s time to get after your fitness goals!DAY30
Step 6: Create New Goals
After a few months to a year at Workhorse Fitness Company, it’s time to book an appointment with your coach to reassess and see how well you’ve progressed. Now that you feel more comfortable, it’s time to create new and more specific goals. Your next goal might be to increase muscle mass, get your first muscle up, get stronger legs, increase your ankle mobility, etc. Talk to your coach and determine the best path to take!DAY45
