    Whether you are new or a seasoned athlete, our coaches will take you through a Movement Screen and Strength Assessment to make sure that you are prepared to work out in a safe manner. If this is your first time working out, we will guide you through the fundamentals course so that you are familiar with the lingo, movements, proper technique, etc.

    This is also a great way for us to know your limitations so that we can properly scale movements if necessary.

    After you meet with us, we can determine what plan suits you best. Whether it’s Group Classes, Personal Training, Remote Coaching, etc.

    After a few months to a year at Workhorse Fitness Company, it’s time to book an appointment with your coach to reassess and see how well you’ve progressed. Now that you feel more comfortable, it’s time to create new and more specific goals. Your next goal might be to increase muscle mass, get your first muscle up, get stronger legs, increase your ankle mobility, etc. Talk to your coach and determine the best path to take!
