Workhorse Fitness Company is located at 1540 McDougall Street in Windsor, ON. We are located in the plaza in between Infinit Nutrition and Movement Health.

The cost for our Drop In’s are $20 which can be paid upon arrival. Please sign a waiver here before class so that you can save time.

No you do not need experience to work out at Workhorse Fitness Co! Anyone can try it regardless of sports background, age, limitations, fitness goals, etc.

Of course! The great part about our gym is that every movement can be modified based on your limitations. Our coaches will properly prescribe the most appropriate movement for you so that you can work out in a safe environment.

No. Every athlete that enters the gym must go through an assessment with one of our coaches to ensure that you can move in a safe manner. During the assessment, we will also cover technique and the structure of our classes so that you can feel right at home.

Yes we have two showers available at our gym.

Yes we do! If you follow our Facebook and Instagram page, you can stay up-to-date with our latest apparel release. Our shirts go quick and can be purchased on our Online shop, or at our physical location.

Yes we do! We have various Personal Training packages ranging from 12 sessions to 48. Book a free consult with us to see how many sessions you will need to achieve your fitness goals!

On your first day, just wear regular workout clothes you feel comfortable moving in as well as appropriate shoes. Feel free to also bring a water bottle, and a towel. We will take care of the rest!
