Workhorse Fitness Company is located at 1540 McDougall Street in Windsor, ON. We are located in the plaza in between Infinit Nutrition and Movement Health.
What if I am doing a Drop In?
The cost for our Drop In’s are $20 which can be paid upon arrival. Please sign a waiver here before class so that you can save time.
Do I need experience to work out at Workhorse Fitness Co?
No you do not need experience to work out at Workhorse Fitness Co! Anyone can try it regardless of sports background, age, limitations, fitness goals, etc.
I have / had an injury. Can I still do your workouts?
Of course! The great part about our gym is that every movement can be modified based on your limitations. Our coaches will properly prescribe the most appropriate movement for you so that you can work out in a safe environment.
If I have previous experience, can I skip the Onboarding process?
No. Every athlete that enters the gym must go through an assessment with one of our coaches to ensure that you can move in a safe manner. During the assessment, we will also cover technique and the structure of our classes so that you can feel right at home.
Do you have showers?
Yes we have two showers available at our gym.
Do you sell T-shirts?
Yes we do! If you follow our Facebook and Instagram page, you can stay up-to-date with our latest apparel release. Our shirts go quick and can be purchased on our Online shop, or at our physical location.
Do you offer Personal Training?
Yes we do! We have various Personal Training packages ranging from 12 sessions to 48. Book a free consult with us to see how many sessions you will need to achieve your fitness goals!
What should I bring to my first class?
On your first day, just wear regular workout clothes you feel comfortable moving in as well as appropriate shoes. Feel free to also bring a water bottle, and a towel. We will take care of the rest!
What information do we collect?
We will only collect information from you when you place an order or fill out our contact form. When ordering a product from our site you will be asked to enter your name, e-mail, mailing address and credit card information.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you will be used to process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
To send periodic emails, the email address you provide for order processing will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
If you prefer, you can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies via your browser settings.
